Lady Rangers shine at MSU Mustang Derby

The Ranger College women's cross country team had a strong showing this past weekend at the MSU Mustang Derby

The women's team ran in a 4-kilometer race and was led by Stella Lagat, who finished in 21st place while leading her team to a top 5 finish out of 11 schools that participated in the female race.

"The team improved a lot from the last race," said RC head coach James Majenge. "The girls did a wonderful job. They followed the race plan, and it went accordingly. They're getting stronger each week.

The next meet will be DBU OLD GLORY Oct.5 in Dallas
