Cisco College and Ranger College to Host 7th Annual Wrangler/Ranger Roundup Volleyball Tournament
August 21, 2025 – Cisco, TX / Ranger, TX – Cisco College and Ranger College are proud to announce the return of the Wrangler/Ranger Roundup Volleyball Tournament, set for August 22–23, 2025. Entering its seventh year since its launch in 2018, the annual tournament continues to grow as a premier event in the region, showcasing talent from across Texas and Kansas.
This year's competition will feature 10 collegiate teams battling it out on two courts, with matches hosted simultaneously at Cisco College and Ranger College. Fans can expect two days of high-energy action as teams compete for early-season momentum and bragging rights.

Since its inception, the Wrangler/Ranger Roundup has drawn strong programs from across the region, offering fans the opportunity to see top-level competition while highlighting the spirit of collaboration between Cisco College and Ranger College.
Beyond the competitive play, the tournament celebrates the diversity of today's student-athletes. Rosters feature players from across the United States as well as several international countries, underscoring the global reach of community college athletics and the unique opportunities provided by Cisco and Ranger Colleges.
"This tournament is about more than volleyball—it's about community, teamwork, and giving student-athletes the chance to compete at a high level while bringing people together," said Nicole Smith, Ranger's Head Volleyball Coach.
Cisco College Head Volleyball Coach René Crockett added, "The Roundup has become one of the highlights of our season. Not only do our players get to test themselves against great competition, but they also get to meet athletes from different parts of the country and world. That's an experience that stays with them long after the final whistle."
