Bio

De’Torrian Green serves a dual role as Ranger College's Head Track & Field coach, and also the Assistant Cross Country coach. 

Coach Green is native to Troy, Alabama, where he attended high school at Charles Henderson High and graduated in 2013. After high school he attended Alabama A&M university (Huntsville, Alabama) on a 4-year scholarship (2013-2017). Where he graduated with his undergrad degree in sports management. During his tenure there his list of feats included: 

-3x meet/facility record holder in 200 meter dash 

-Alabama A&M university 200 meter dash record . (2017) 

-Sophomore of the year (2016)

-Junior of year (2017)

-Saac best record breaking performance (2017)

3x NCAA division 1 east regional qualifier (2015,2017,2018)

-Swac 200 meter champion x2 (2017)(indoor,outdoor) 

-Alabama A&M indoor MVP x2 (2015,2017) 

-Alabama A&M outdoor MVP x3 (2015,2016,2018).

After finishing track Green was slated to run pro track but a torn quad made an immediate stop to the plans which resulted in beginning to give back as a coach to track clubs and private training . Coach Green was elated to start his 1st collegiate coaching job at Ranger junior college as an assistant track and field coach.
