Rangers Set for Region V Tournament Opener Against Howard College

ODESSA, Texas — March 12, 2026 — Ranger College men's basketball begins postseason play tonight as the Rangers face Howard College in the opening round of the NJCAA Region V Men's Basketball Championships.

Tipoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at the OC Sports Center Main Gym in Odessa.

The Rangers enter the tournament as the No. 4 seed after closing out the regular season with a key road win over Weatherford College. The matchup with the Hawks will determine who advances further in the Region V bracket as teams compete for a berth in the NJCAA national tournament.
