Ranger College Men's Soccer Ranked #20 in NJCAA Preseason Poll

RANGER, Texas — The Ranger College Rangers men's soccer team is entering the 2025 season with national recognition, earning the #20 spot in the NJCAA Division I Men's Soccer Preseason Poll.

The ranking comes on the heels of a strong 2024 campaign that saw the Rangers make waves in conference play and establish themselves as one of the top programs in the nation. Head Coach Julio Guerrero and the Rangers are looking to build on last season's success with a talented mix of returning players and promising newcomers.

"We're honored to be recognized among the top programs in the country," said Coach Guerrero. "This is a credit to the hard work our players put in every day. We know rankings don't win games, but it's a great motivator as we start the season."

The Rangers open their season on Saturday August 23, 2025 at 5:00pm against Angelina College in Lufkin, TX.

The first home game for the Rangers is Tuesday August 26 at 4:00pm, where they will play host to Jacksonville College.
